We assure you that we will never disclose individual personal information to our clients. We combine the data you provide us with data from other sources and from thousands of other panelists. Our clients never see any single individual’s personal information. What kind of information will we collect? During the recruitment and registration process we ask you to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, sex, occupation, level of education, annual income and racial origin, as well as other demographic information. Once you have given your consent to this notice and installed our software, we will obtain additional information from you because our software allows us to comprehensively track panelists’ computers and panelists’ activity on their computers, both offline and whilst online on the Internet’s World Wide Web. For example, we track the type, name and use of some of the applications, files and hardware on your computer, the address and content of the Internet sites you visit, the details of any transaction you enter into over the Internet, and the Internet Service Provider you use. We may be able to view the title bars at the top of any "window" that is active on your computer. Such companies or individuals may be provided with access to your personal data needed to perform their functions, but are prohibited from using such information for any other purposes. We also may disclose personal data to third parties when disclosure is required by law, or when disclosure is permitted by law and is necessary or desirable to exercise or preserve our legal rights or to take action regarding potentially illegal activities.
